Pretty sick warehouse venue. Perfect for raves. Have been there a handful of times. Mostly have good experiences but they are always overbooked. Mostly yutes coming to lab11 these days who are a bit annoying. But overall not a bad place. Defo recommend if you’re a raver in brum.Service: 4/5

The staff are atrocious. Attended tonight and my friend was heckled for about 45 mins- 1 hour by a proper creepy guy. After telling him we were NOT interested, we were then heckled by him when we purchased another drink. The bartender ginger female instantly took his side, without even asking the situation. Ignored us telling her how uncomfortable he had made us throughout the evening. We were forced to leave, feeling threatened by the female security, ignoring how he had made us feel. And ruined our evening. Will not be returning.
Attended the New Year's Day event here at Lab11. Been here before but in the summer time and was semi decent. This time was a really bad experience. After queuing outside in the pouring rain for a whole hour with no cover or protection we got to the front of the queue and realised that all women were being prioritised through, leaving all men to stand in the rain. I male was told the cloakroom was full even though I could see women were clearly putting their stuff in there still. When ordering a drink the queues were really bad and drinks were extremely expensive. Overcrowding rooms and in the portaloos there were drug packets, condoms and overflowing excrement. I understand that this a nightclub but we are in 2024. Didn't expect the level of sexual favouritism and dirtiness.
To all those people there .. they scamming us…cause in their eyes vent description they say last entry is till 3 am and they close the entry at 1:30 and they getting physical with the people who booked the tickets … a lot of people have been refused entry even though they made it before 3 am for the after party on 27 may 00:00 … these people are scamming and yeahh… it ruined a lot off people’s night….thank you so much cause we have experienced a lot of racism from the staffs there …. I And i hope this wont happen to anyone else
Most types of music played here, absolutely brilliant days/nights out.Food: 5/5
Great venue, thorough security, didn’t have any bad experience with staff. Was massively over sold so abit cramped and no room to dance. My only real issue was the toilets.. 3 or 4 cubicles for that many people is not okay. Drinks prices were normal. Overall had a great night start to finish.Service: 4/5
Nice music and vibe of the crowd is good, but some of the staff members are terribly rude. The lady at the coat check out was grumpy and unnecessarily mean to my friend. You’re charging people a good amount of money to come to your venue, including forcing us to buy £3 water. Check the attitude.
Terrible. Paid a 25£ticket for an event staring at 10pm. Door still closed at 10pm and outside raining and very cold - would not let us in. Wanted to sell me a small bottle of water for 5£??? Otherwise "I can give you a plastic glass and you can fill it up in the sink at the toilet"???Service: 1/5
Attended crucast. This place has serious potential. They have amazing events, great music and the people who visit here are lovely. The real problem what ruins the night is the lack of toilet facilities. For such a big venue who clearly makes money they seriously need to invest in their toilet facilities. The lack of them is enough to not want you to ever visit again. Its sad really and I should of listened to my friend who warned previously about going there as night will be spent queuing for the toilet
