Great time on bank holiday, friend lost ID and they posted it back out to them. Great service and really appreciated.

Me and my Miss where there for ruffly 30 minutes after being 1 hour queuing and just walk out as it was rubbish. Waste of time and money. Toilets disgusting, inside cold as outside. No dance floor. Worse place I ever been
Great venue, great events. Lost my ID there in December and they posted it back to me with a nice letter, very thoughtful!
Cant comment on the vibe in the club, but very impressed that they sent my daughter's lost driving licence back to her home address, especially as she hadn't mentioned losing it! thanks to the team at Lab 11
