Cannot complain. Walked in and given East directions. Found the x rays location easily and was in and out. Everything is clearly marked. I opted to wear a face mask as last time I was in Prince Charles for something, I caught covid. There is a lot of history and staff, past and present, on the wall. Naturally you look for someone donning your own last name but I didn't see one. No one else was wearing a mask but I'm not complaining. All in all, an easy, painless visit.
Very kind and helpful staff and physicians. Waited for only 10 minutes and the very kind lady helped to check and provided medicine and very useful advice to recover from long-time illness of Covid. Highly recommended
This surgery is where my mother is registered. First of all my mother was misdiagnosed by one of the doctors. We know this for a fact as a Dr at A&E a few hours later made a different diagnosis and she was treated accordingly. Mistakes can occur but this biggest problem this surgery has is that the refuse or make every excuse possible to not visit if you live in a pedestrian area. we have requested tow home visits which do not occur and each time the Dr calls and complains about no parking. well for 15 years they were receiving the NHS contribution for her registration and they are refusing to visit. Today will be my 3rd attempt or I will have to make a complaint to the GMC.
Not nice hospital , very old , not clean , miserable , I went for out patient appointment Dr Ali was fantastic , look after me , doing great job to help me , but I don’t how doctors work in this called a hospital , which absolutely disappointing place to get treatment
Beautiful Victorian building.nInside amazing working people that really care about you. They helped my daughter very fast.nEveryone was nice and friendly through phone and in the royal infirmary.nAppreciate your help and dedicated work.nWould highly recommend
