This has to be the worst company ever to deal with . They do not answer the telephone. I submitted a reading and move out date for my tenant and in response they submit me with a massive bill instead of for the tenant . So, so inefficient and I know this will be enormously difficult and stressful to sort out. Oh for the days of the real Cambridge Water when everything was just so efficient and straightforward. Those days are gone.
Easily most useless and woeful customer experience I have had in years. I'm not really one for public shaming, however the online accounts service doesn't work properly and have been on hold for 90 minutes and 30mins consecutively and staff don't seem to know what is going on. Its honestly embarrassing. Sadly water utilities are a regional monopoly, otherwise I would suggest staying clear.
Dreadful data breach of customer data onto dark web in Summer. by parent company. Dreadful delay in advising customers until December. Then kinda it’s up to you, use this company to protect yourself. Presumably they had to pay out for this service. No duty of care to customers, Scant treatment for enormity of what happened. No recompense aside from we caused a problem ‘do this’ No customer choice in supplier. Then next letter ref direct debit Business as usual collecting money - no follow up - what’s new steps we’ve taken now to keep you safe - no further apology NOT ENOUGH
Abysmal customer service, constant queues on the line and only available during work time. I've been sent a bill 5 times over what it was last month and I genuinely do not have the time to sit on the phone for an hour whilst at work.
Why is it so hard to setup a direct debit with you. I’ve registered online and been on hold for 30+ minutes on multiple occasions and still not managed to sort it. Terribly run with the the worst on hold music.
This company has the worst customer phone line I’ve ever experienced. If they keep people hanging on the phone for 40 minutes they should try to keep them informed ie how long their wait might be or position in the queue. The worst thing they can do is harangue customers every 30 seconds with an identical recorded message saying ‘Did you know you can set up easy payments etc…. ‘ After being told this 100 times whilst waiting it drove me nuts. Shows total lack of thought and respect for customer experience. Please change asap.

Have just spent 15 minutes trying to speak to a "person" to set up a direct debit. At one point I was connected to the Accounts Dept voice mail, only to be told : "This voice mail box is full , goodbye". Appalling service.
Rubbish!! 52 minutes on hold Can't get through to pay bill. Disgraceful!!!
I don't have any water so called to ask if there was any issues. She put the phone down on me - fuming!
