I have used Cam a few times with various levels of service. 

Last Tuesday I booked my car to be repaired, they could only do a week later - they told me I was in the diary - yesterday they didn't show and when phoned was told it would be today

Today I get a call to say that I'll have to get someone else - no reason, no apology

Do not use if you actually want a car repaired

Job done but took 2x as long as told and cost 1/3 more than quoted. When confronted the reply was 'I wasn't the one who quoted you'. Disappointing...
