Stay well away, wont be using them ever again. They are a bunch of cow boys, sadly they are in our lovely town Potters Bar. I even wonder how they got their trading licence. I really hope someone can take them to court one day. Lesson learnt, if you have a problem with your car just take it to your main dealer. AVOID IN CAPITAL LETTERS !!!!

And cannot recommend these guys enough! Have used them twice now and both times they have fixed my very difficult car perfectly. The only garage I’ve ever been to that doesn’t overcharge because I’m female! Great service, 100% recommendation.

I took my car in some time last year and they failed me on MOT because of brake pads, I then returned to get my brake pads replaced. I paid a lot of money. About 3 months later, I asked the garage who my work deals with, to look at my brakes because something didn't feel right and when they looked at my brake pads, they told me that these need replacing! I then told them that I had just paid for them to be replaced and they advised that these were old brake pads and nothing had even been done! I won't be going back there again.

Service was good but had issues with handbrake which they didn't fix properly twice. Eventually sorted out. So for service no problem. For repair unsatisfactory.

Very helpful garage when I had a flat recently. Swapped the wheel to the space-saver at no cost. Ordered the tire promptly, through delivery was off by a day.

The car returned with no marks or dirty seats. Prices were competitive and attention at the desk and on the phone was prompt.
