Saron gave me the most amazing customer service! So helpful and such lovely advice and support in getting what I needed!
Every time I picked up something to buy, the employee took the item out of my hand several times and told me not to touch it because they were all the same size. I knew it too. He didn't act like that to other guests. When I told her I was just picking up something to buy, she just said 'ok' without an apology. She didn't apologize to me until after I paid for the items I had chosen. Don't be racist.

Utterly disappointed with CK online customer services. Bought a bra and briefs, the bra arrived soiled. I quicker bagged it back up and posted it back. Customer services were completely useless. No apology. No communication. No update on refund. This is when I called Branka at St Pancras. She stepped in and within 2 days she sorted them out and made sure they issued me with a refund. And even called me back to let me know it was sorted. That’s the kind of customer service you want. It wasn’t even a sale in her store. Thank you Branka. Brilliant service from you.

Fitting room filled with large boxes, no hooks for clothes, no chair available to put my bag and coat on. When asked staff to fix it, was suggested to purchase bra without trying it on and return if it doesn’t fit. No thank you, I’m not coming back.
Great service and professional advice by Radi in selecting the right products during the fitting. I’m very happy with my purchases and was surprised by how attentive the staff were.
