Do not buy from them. They just send you fake discount coupons begging for good feedback, but in fact these coupons do not work. Also, they ignore all your complaints, I never received any reply to my complaint from them. Scammers.
Great products and excellent service. The whole team are very friendly and helpful but the star of the show is Fred who is an absolute credit to the store. As I have a narrow build I had to get the suit tailored to fit perfectly and Fred was unbelievably helpful in this process, making sure that all my measurements were taken carefully and getting the fit just right. He even went personally to the tailors to make sure it was done as per his exact instructions! The end result is a suit that fits just as a tailor-made suit would at a fraction of the price. Highly recommended!
DONT BUY FROM THIS NEW COMPANY, Tm LEWIN HAS RECENTKY BEEN SOLD APPARENTLY AND THE NEW COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY AND IF YOU RETURN ITEMS THEY WILL TAKE YOU CLOTHES AS WELL WITHOUT A REFUND CLAIMING THEYRE NOW A NEW COMPANY. Shalid was incredible and went above and beyond the standard level of service you see in most high street shops today. He did a fantastic job in helping me find a suitable suit, he has eye for style, fit and sizing and am pleased with what he selected for me.
I do like T.M. Lewin for their clothing, but think the staff should be alert and trained further. Not really efficient at all! Made a big mistake in using my email address for another customer’s instore online order....absolutely out of order! I went back to the store after having noticed a strange email that had come suddenly in another customer’s name, whilst looking through my emails, and reported to member of staff...and had thought it was resolved, but since then have received 2 further emails as to the other customer order
Really happy with the service I received at TM Lewin in Kingston. I visited a few other shops in Kingston town centre to look for a business suit, and the team at TM Lewin were so much better than the staff in any of the other stores I visited. Keep up the good work, all of you!
The sales person has taken my measurements incorrectly. I ended up having to order online because the selection in store was very limited. As the shirts turned out to be the wrong size I returned my order but TM Lewin has refused to accept my return. Very poor customer service overall. Avoid.
This place is great. As soon as I walked in, an employee named KJ offered to help me. He was rather knowledgeable and quite nice! He helped me pick out the perfect suit in my budget. I left incredibly happy with my purchase, and I don't think I could have received better customer service anywhere else. I couldn't recommend this place enough!
The quality of shirts is excellent as always. The staff is attentive, cooperative and patient. I had become disappointed with them tm lewin because of their monotonous prints but they have improved since then
