I accidentally damaged my daughter's top when trying to remove a tiny stain and was unnerved to find that this particular top wasn't available online anymore, so I chanced it with finding a store and to my surprise this particular store had the one that my daughter liked, and the size too. When I got there there was some doubt expressed by staff since it was a sale item but to my relief the manager or senior staff member, a lovely lady if I may add, took a look in the stock room and after five minutes appeared with the much needed top!!!! They went above and beyond in helping out, I was extremely fortunate to have been attended to by three angels! Bless this little gem of a store :
My favorite clothing store ever! Everything is unique and mostly reasonably priced. I spent most of my free time during my summer in London exploring Oxford Circus instead of studying... bring an extra suitcase!
Always lovely sales here. So many different lines and the staff are so nice here. Its also a very big branch so there are so much to choose from. Although Im not the type to shop in the sale as some shops get really messy and unbearable suring sales, I actually like this as its very well organised and the sale lines are well arranged ao its easy to get your size in the model you want. Perfect all way round.
Great service, in particular a girl named Rochelle!!!I was trying on clothes and was able to ask her opinion on what looked best and she gave me a lot of insight because I'm very bad a dressing lol. I hope this can find its way to her, just wanted to let her know she really went out of her way for me and appreciate it.
I bought a glowstick which was sealed but when I opened it I found it had snapped of at the based and had been crushed into the lid. I showed this to the manager but she said she couldn't replace it because they had a no returned policy on make up. Shop here at your own risk because they do not abide by Consumer Affairs at this store.
Love topshop ordered online items were delivered to store, no delivery charge but I had to collect it. A little walk there wasn't a problem. Saved money on delivery and travel
I placed an order on the 14th November, to collect from store as it was convenient. It took 6 days to dispatch my order, and as of today 3rd December I am still waiting for the order to be delivered to store. The topshop customer help said I would have to wait 48 hours for a reply from the store, that was on the 29th November, I am still waiting for a reply from the store by telephone or email. Topshop were quick to take my money out of my bank account, but can not deliver the product. Do not order from topshop if you actually need a product as they won’t deliver it to you or the store you’ve requested. I will be contacting my bank for a refund, as well as contacting the relevant ombudsman as clearly topshop is full of lies and deceit, and just likes to steal customers money. I have been waiting over 12 working days now as their website clearly states, it takes 3-7 working days to deliver to store. I think you’re lying topshop, you’ll be getting coal from Christmas from Santa.
Went in to exchange a top because it was damaged and flimsy. The managing girl said she can't accept it because of the tag and I have to go back to Oxford street. Found out this is a lie. She also had an attitude problem and behaved like I was bothering her at work. This Topshop is awful. Wont be going back again.
THE WORST customer service. Buy somewhere else, Topshop is terrible! Today I wanted to return one shirt I bought yesterday in Oxford Circus with the correct recepit and tag. They would not take it back because they said it was worn even though the TAG WAS ON. I wanted to speak to the manager, Fahad. He arrived 20 minutes later and was totally rude, impolite and discriminating me because I was a tourist. I've bought in Topshop for the past 21 years. You lost me forever.
This shop is very well located, just a few steps from marble arch tube stop. As all topshop venues is quite big and offers a wide range of choices which suit everyone's pocket. It has a very tipical English touch and tourists may find here things they cannot at home. It tends to be very crowded
