Caffe Sidoli’s is a Welsh coffee house brand famous for its award winning dairy ice cream. With over 20 years experience in the coffee shop sector we have incorporated our Italian heritage to provide our customers with premium Italian coffee, great food made to order fresh every day and excellent customer service.

We chose Segafredo, award winning and leading Italian coffee roasters to supply our coffee as like ourselves they pride themselves on the quality of their product.

Coffee is OK but not brilliant. Ice-cream selection is good. Service is slow as seems to be the norm in these coffee shops. Ordered two cakes but got one plate which is an interesting protocol. Table cleaners here like most places have trouble with floors....why do cafes neglect the floors.. Disgusting. That said location is good next to the playground but is busy due to this.

What terrible service and attitude to customers. We went in for some coffees, today,( 1/7/17). Stood at the counter and the manager walked past me, to deliver an order to another customer and did not acknowledge I was there. I would, at least, expect a "I will be with you in a minute". Another young lady staff member, behind the counter, picked up an item from the counter and took it into the kitchen, again without acknowledging I was there, then returned from the kitchen and still did not look or speak to me. I asked her if I was invisible and by this time the manager returned and said she had been busy serving a customer and would serve me now. I pointed out how uncaring an attitude to customers they both displayed. We left without buying anything and went to Costa where the service was excellent.

Can't get a coffee and sit down as nearly all the tables outside have parents sat on them watching the kids play . Without buying anything . Will use another cafe from now on as they seem to kistvlet this happen .

You can let your child to play at the play and you can enjoy the coffee as you can see the little one all the time :)
