Rate is 0 ZERO The service is terrible changed for the worse. The barmaid was annoyed to take my and my friends' order. My friend order her drink, she pay for that and it was my turn to order my drink. The barista skipped me and served the customer behind. I informed that she didn't take my order but she continue to ignore me. My friend asked for a takeaway and they served her in a cup charging her even more. Only after my friend took her drink I was still standing at the counter wanted someone to take my order. The barista behind her noticed that I was still standing at the counter. At that moment she looked at the barista at the till and then the girl started to take my order. I usually take a piece of cake with my coffee, but the barmaid after I said the drink immediately pressed payment by card, I looked at her saying I didn't finish my sentence and she looked back again rudely ok time to pay. Really this is the way to treat the customer. I had a great time at Richmond Park with my friend and simply wanted to have coffee and cake. By the way in the queue there was only me, my friend and the customer behind me who had been served before me. I only had a latte. I usually stop at Cafe Nero after my walk in Richmond. Next time I will go to another cafe, where the staff knows how to treat customers.
The coffee was great and the food looked good, but it was too close to dinnertime for me to try the food. If you're in the area, I'd say that it's a good place to get coffee and pastry.Food: 5/5

Coffee in a relaxed setting - some coffee places are tight on seating and have a tense atmosphere. Love this one, the baristas are nice. The coffee is above average and there is a choice of seating options.
Lovely relaxed atmosphere, spacious and staff very prompt. Much better than other local outlets of this chain
Love the coffee and cakes here, staff very friendly. Always clean and tidy in the actual coffee shop . The toilets are awful! My other moan is a single person with a laptop working, being allowed to sit at a table for 4 or 6 people. We was a group of 3, and had to sit at a table of 2 and get another chair. This should not be allowed!!

Regular here. I enjoy the seating, the vibe, and the coffee. The customer service is mostly good, however the gentleman with glasses needs to learn some more manners. Taking my order with his back to me, serving the food as if he’s doing me a favour and talking in a stern tone. Not the first time he’s done this to me either. The ladies on the other hand are brilliant!
I always like the coffee from Caffè Nero and no complaints today on that score. It would have been lovely if the male staff actually got on with their jobs and served the customers rather than flirting with them! As a result, only 1 female member of staff was actually working, which led to queues and other customers jumping line - grrrrr
