Attentive, friendly and helpful staff serving delicious drinks. I had hot chocolate - I've never been asked whether I wanted "white, milk, dark or extra dark?" before! I had the milk and it was the best hot chocolate I've ever had. Wow. Served with one of their handmade chocolates that you can also buy separately. Delicious! I'll be back.
Ordered a chocolate birthday cake, before coming up to Richmond for a holiday, for my husband's birthday The cake was delicious, not too sweet and stayed nice and moist. Also bought some chocolates to take back for presents, and a box for myself. They are gorgeous, esp the marmite and peanut butter and the turkish delight. I am a die hard Hotel Chocolat fan, but Mocha's chocolates certainly give them a run for their money. I will be ordering more online.
Honestly the best hot chocolate and mocha we've tasted anywhere in the country - and we've tried a few. Great, attentive staff who really care about the food and drink they serve. We didn't eat, but there was a tasty looking range of cakes, a very large selection of chocolates, and ice cream too. A family run business that deserves a special visit if you're in the area.
Chocolate lovers paradise, there's a myriad of different chocolates to choose from. If you can think of it they probably make it. The coffee is fantastic, very smooth without any bitterness like some of the other coffee shops around. They're always our go to place for a latte, whether we're drinking in or taking out. Staff have always been friendly and helpful
Best coffee experience for me in a long time. Excellent drinks the hot chocolate is one of the best I’ve ever had. Great cakes too. Really friendly, efficient staff and a lovely atmosphere. Fabulous place!!
My favourite café/chocolate shop. Visited again today & the food & coffee we're equally delicious. The staff are friendly although the only negative I can say is they probably need more help at busy times but I didn't mind waiting. We treated ourselves to a big box of chocolates for Christmas. Having had their chocolates before, I know that I won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.
What a gem of a place. Best mocha drink anywhere you care to mention. Made from a selection of chocolate ranging from white to extra dark. Cafe is dog friendly too which is a bonus nowadays, dogs got a little treat from the really friendly staff. They also have an additional place just out of Richmond where they make their chocolate, worth a visit.
Excellent coffee, fantastic chocolates and very nice staff. Aske Estate shop is in a lovely location and Richmond shop is right on the Square. The latter is a touch cramped, but nice to support a local business
Wow, walked in for two coffees and couldn't resist buying some off their extraordinarily fabulous chocolates. Superbly displayed the chocs were impossible to resist apparently. If I lived in Richmond this would be a weekly treat, no question. The Americano's were excellent, with skimmed milk and made with a smile. Particularly liked that they supply a menu sheet which allowed us to identify the various chocs I bought. Such an array it's easy to keep adding just one more.
Wonderful little chocolate & coffee shop in the heart of Richmond. Definitely a must visit. 5*
