Despite being one of my favorite fast food joints, the food in this neighborhood was pretty bad, the cheese in my "love burger" was not melted and the burger inside was not cooked either, it had an acid in it. I will never go back here.
Tasty fresh food the persons that served me were friendly and my iced coffee was really good and refreshing! I just LOVE the Satay sauce, please never change it!
It wasn't very busy when I visited about 1.30 mid-week, before seeing a matinee at the theatre. They have self-service screens for ordering, and the staff announced my order number as I was still walking over to the collection waiting area. It is a bit more expensive than other fast food, but it is a nice treat.
Order took a very long time… Cold burger, soggy bun - no sauces on salad or burger just soaked up by bun… Cheese without flavour unmelted on top. Veg burger could really do with 1. Being warm 2. Having ketchup and mustard, sauce on salad - not bun, cheese melted or removed altogether… Maybe add some onions and pickles cucumbers?! Something to add texture and flavour!
I was blown away by the service provided by the lady and the manager when my friend and I went. There were some issues with the code I wanted to use on the app but they were very understanding and allowed the discount over the counter. The food arrived really fast with an extra treat
Never been here before and tried it through a new app I have. Really friendly staff, great food and amazing drinks. I recommend the mango and coconut defo visiting again . It was so tasty I took pics after I had eaten hahaha
Myself & a family member struggled to use the self service machine. The woman with blonde hair at the counter was rather rude & dismissive… She seem to find it highly inconvenient to take are order at the counter even though it wasn’t busy. We received an eye role and a rather disgruntled attitude which was upsetting. The food was very nice the customer service needs help.
This place could be great - nice food and staff, but for some reason they close the upstairs 6 or 7 hours before closing so it’s often cramped and cold downstairs beside the main door. Not sure why!
Fast service and not overly expensive except when it came to the cookie. What let me down was the lack of burger choices and the charred chicken burger not having a chicken burger and instead having a piece of chicken in it. The cookie ended up costing £2.10 and was not very big.
Totally s**t food. Kid size portions. You wont even get chicken breast just mashed up thigh c mon. The food that comes in deliveries always cold and missing items would give minus 5 stars if it was possible.
