Very friendly and accommodating staff great recharging place for a coffee or snack. Visited the local store was somewhat disappointed with the ambience as the store is probably due for a refurbishment. Toilets very clean staff amazingly helpful. Visited again recently, but will probably not visit again. Coffee was not as hot as I would like, sweeter than I would desire and the ambiance is as advised earlier, quite tired, other coffee venue options are available locally so will probably use them instead.
Visited as part of the social inclusion group. Good service friendly people. Downside is no way of getting wheelchairs upstairs as a lift would be impracticable.Service: 5/5
Good coffee served as I like it by lovely helpful staff. However, the toilet very disappointing! The sink looks as if it’s never been cleaned with brown gungy dirt all round the taps. The floor and walls need a good scrub as does the toilet. Do the staff who periodically sign the Inspection sheet on the wall need to go to Specsavers? I might add photos later!
Pretty drab Nero. Not very clean at all Staff were friendly enough, food wasn't great came out half cold and half burnt. Drinks were good as always but the place could do with a serious deep clean. The floor near the windows looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. Windows were smeary. Counter was dirty. Not keen on the dogs allowed up to the counter rule either.
Very nice young lady served me. The service would have been much quicker if the other staff had helped instead of chatting between themselves.Service: 3/5

Sandwich was awful, could have been made by a child and stale. Staff were not bothered at all. Other customers felt the same. Won't be going back.Food: 1/5
Good coffee and very attentive service. The interior of the shop needs work, the ceiling was leaking on the rainy day we visited and it was not ideal nor sanitary. Other than the work on the interior it was good.Food: 3/5
Wonderful , non too sweet mocha with lovely unsweetened whipped cream, excellent.
Great, friendly staff, especially a guy called Curtis, who solved a difficult guy very amicably, very impressed, very nice atmosphere. Will definitely call in again
