Lovely treat. Freshly made and worth the wait.
On holiday in area and stopped here for lunch. What fantastic value for money. Fed the family for just under £32 with 2 beers which were nice craft larger. Portions were very generous and really tasty. Not super posh gourmet stuff but just as we'd hoped for being an American diner. Highly recommended.
Went yesterday for pancakes which were amazingly delicious. Disappointed with drink i ordered, had no ice-cream yoghurt as indicated on menu and despite asking. Staff seemed vague when asking questions about the drink. Asked for ice with my water , got two cubes, asked my daughter to get some more shortly later as it melted quite quickly, the man grabbed ice with his hands and dropped them into my glass. Felt disgusted by this. What a let down.
Had breakfast at Zizzy. Four of us and opted for four different choices. We were all impressed. Food was tasty, portions a good size and prices reasonable. The staff were also great with looking after a request when it came to food allergies. Only issuue we had was the card machine not working so was bit of a walk to the cashpoint!
Not sure how the place can be called called a pancake house? Myself, partner and young daughter all had pancakes which were horrible. The traditional pancakes state lemon and sugar not lemon and icing sugar? Wayyyyy to much baking powder used. Would of complained but after sitting there finished for 10 minutes and no one came over we decided to leave. Rather have a McDonald’s pancakes
Was sold a 460ml "Pint" of pepsi then told that was the pint glasses they were given despite actual pint glasses behing the server and pointing out the glases they wrre using were not stamped to conform with uk pint standards, was just given the brush off and expected to put up with this. The so called handmade burger was very disappointing and almost certainly a mass produced patty tho i cannot prove it, the consistency was just wrong for a handmade patty. The bacon was bloody amazing tho enty of it and very crispy, staff were polite but clearly had no say or knowledge with how to deal with the issues that i raised.
The lasagne was burnt on the bottom hard as you like and pulled out a tooth filling of mine I not long ago had done....Chips cold.. Service slow and not up to.scratch.. Told waier about my filling ..his poor attitude was you need to see a dentist.. Gave us free pancakes ..Big Deal. Wont go there again when.in town. .
Stopped here for a coffee so I can't really give any info on the food but the staff were very helpful and pleasant all were quite young quite surprisingly very polite can't really say a bad word about the place
Very tidy,good food and friendly staff. Also large space and wheelchair access. Not to mention about the panoramic view...I love Weymouth!
Very good food at good prices.Clean and nice friendly staff.Will definitely go there again when we're back in Weymouth!
