I regularly visit my local Caffe Nero and enjoy my visit. This one was just as good. I was happy with the service I receive and the quality of the drinks. There is plenty of cake and pastries available, too. There is a small outdoor seating area at the front of the cafe. This was a nice place to sit, but there was a strong smell from several people smoking nearby. Many places now ban smoking, even outside. As usual, I would happily come back again.

Lovely staff and fab hot chocolate. The lady serving even carried my tray for me as I was pushing a pushchair. It made my day! :)

Good quality well made drinks from friendly members of staff! It does get very busy in there and the wait in the queue is very long at times, but i have always found the drinks to be well worth the wait!

Good quality drinks albeit the queue was moving distressingly slow this afternoon. Pretty crowded and difficult to get a table.
