Visiting Southsea fairly regularly, we'd passed this place a few times before giving it a shot, late one Sunday morning. They make great breakfasts from Tuesday to Sunday - I'd recommend anything with a boxty (a potato pancake) - and they serve a lovely pint of Guinness. And the staff are friendly.

Best bar in Portsmouth! Great Guinness, freshly cooked breakfast with quality ingredients from the local butcher and always busy. Get there early for the Rugby as it is rammed! Good work!

Great breakfast food especially the Irish, great service and a great atmosphere. All the staff including the manager Ian Kirby are very polite and very welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend this bar for a visit.

We now live in Australia but when we visited family in 2015 we had breakfast here absolutely delicious 😊 Always looking for somewhere cool and a bit different 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We do love an Irish bar ☘ and of course a Guinness 😉 If ever visiting again, we will definately be back 💕
