Lovely food and dog friendly! We popped in for a post-walk coffee and ended up getting food. They were so quick and even gave Poppy some water. The decor is really nice too showing some art of local spots.

Nice clean café, friendly service, decent food. Despite what other reviewers say, you CAN pay by card. Fish and chips cost £11.99 which seems pricey, but not surprising since location is on the Royal Mile.

Food was excellent but I didn't feel welcome. I don't know if it was because I'm American or because I'm Black. No one would look me in the eye. Employees didn't make small talk or ask how I liked the food. I won't return.

Fantastic place for a Scottish breakfast and a coffee! I've come here twice after climbing up to Arthur's Seat and both times the food has been delicious and the service is great. Highly recommend it!

Coffee ok but too milky, ordered a flat white got a latte. Good coffee otherwise. Bacon roll great. BLT panini shockingly overpriced, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 microscopic bits of lettuce and tomato. Just go for the rolls and you’ll be fine.

We stopped for excellent coffee before visiting Holyrood Palace.  My friend still raves about the warm carrot cake.
