So much more than a coffee shop. We make doughnuts on-site (flavours change daily) and serve food that everyone wants to eat.

Story


Since opening our doors in 2016, we've been supporting the homegrown roasters of the UK and Europe. We change our coffee every six to eight weeks to give our customers the opportunity to experience new coffees and give our passionate team the chance to impart and extend their knowledge.

Just like our coffee, the food we serve is rotational too. Led by Maddy, our kitchen staff prepare all food from scratch on a daily basis in our on-site kitchen and bakery. Click here to check out our Instagram for today's food offerings and doughnut line-up.

We're all about bringing people together and creating unique experiences every time you visit. Use us as a brunch-spot on weekends or a coffee-spot mid-week to finish that assignment. No time to hang out with us? Almost all of our items are available to take away.

Has some really yummy doughnuts and haggis rolls there! The custard donuts were so so good. There were different flavours such as a jam one and a plain one as well. This place was a little busy when we went as we went in the middle of August and Fringe was going on so lots of people around but I highly recommend!
The best cream filled donuts I’ve ever had, and they had some awesome flavors to try too. Great coffee and breakfast items, it was all fantastic. I highly recommend! I still crave their donuts...we took them with us all the way up to the top of Arthur’s seat to toast our successful hike!
Great place for a quick coffee and donut before your train! Just a couple minutes from Waverly, this tucked away coffee shop had a range of donuts and drinks on offer. I tried the marshmallow and chocolate donut as shown in the picture which was a very fluffy donut filled with quite a light chocolate mousse topped off with marshmallows! They went great with the batch coffee I tried.
Really nice venue and good coffee, sad they do not serve coffee from the coffee collective anymore. We had a flatwhite and a latte. Can get a bit crowded as there only are a few seats. Didn't try any of the donuts but they look pretty good.
Amzing specialty coffee!! And their donuts are out of this world. Through different days, i got to try the almond, and the blackberry flavored. They change their flavors every day.
Such an amazing out of the way coffee and donut shop. The staff are very friendly and the coffee is fantastic. The cafe is pretty small seating about 20 people though that would be pretty tight.
Good coffee, good service, not a chain outlet. Healthy snacks eg asparagus and halloumi pastry, although donuts looked rather vivid colours! Some vegan filled banquettes.
Tasty homemade donuts - ate the salty chocolate which was really good! Will definitely come back for lunch next time as they seem to have amazing sandwiches halloumi and avocado. The coffee shop in itself is beautiful too.
The coffee is top notch, however the food selection is extremely limited some days, even for non vegans, and the seating arrangement makes this coffee spot closer to a pop up than a full blown permanent cafe establishment.
This is a cute little it's quite small coffee and doughnut shop. I've never had a bad doughnut, but I'm not that adventurous to try some of there flavors. The coffee is normally good but occasionally it'll be a bit bitter. The people who work here are really nice and always make it a pleasant visit.
