Story

We use speciality coffee and pride ourselves on serving you quite the best coffee in Dorset. Ethically sourced & traded directly through farmers to ensure they get a great price for the coffee they grow.

We serve TRUE FOOD. Good, honest food using great ingredients with changing specials and devine soups to tantalise the palate and imagination.

Just a bunch of lovely people who know how to do what they do, well.

What a great find! I was visiting Bournemouth with my family and wanted somewhere that wasn’t a typical chain or another greasy spoon — something a little more wholesome and vibrant. We came across Boscanova and it was exactly what we were looking for.nnEven though we were in a bit of a rush, the team couldn’t have been more accommodating. The service was friendly, efficient and genuinely warm. We ordered the Avo on Toast and the Smoothie Bowl, both beautifully presented and full of fresh flavours — you could tell everything was made to order. My kids were delighted with their hot chocolate loaded with all the extras, and the coffee was spot on too.nnBoscanova has that perfect local café vibe — relaxed, creative, and full of personality. If you’re in Bournemouth and want something healthy, delicious, and made with care, this is an absolute must-visit.
Great atmosphere , the staff work hard to make you feel welcome , it can get quite noisy as the restaurant is not that big , and due to this you might have to wait . The all day breakfast was fantastic , however my wife and daughter had the pancakes which were disappointing, they were too thick and i felt they were undercooked as they were still doughy and raw in the middle due to the thickness and they lacked flavour . 1 portion is enough for two people . I would go again but sadly not for the pancakes.
Excellent experience and food.nWe ordered the fat American pancakes and a full english and 2 mochas. The full english was packed, generous serving, superb butcher sausage and sourdough bread, the rest on the plate were ok.. would recommend. The pancakes were thick and dense to my liking although I would prefer if they serve it with more of that maple butter, so if you are on a sweeter side additional maple syrup would be recommended. Coffees are excellent.nnThe place is cozy, be prepared to wait when it's full, don't think they offer advance reservations but do take your number to call when a table is free. Wait is worth it.
This place is one of the best coffee houses I've ever been to. I'm very envious of those who live nearby as I'd go in everyday. Fantastic selection of coffees and teas, beautiful cakes and the lunches looked superb. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. My sort of place as its very different to the usual cafe in layout, seating and decoration. Loved it and will be back!
The friendliest staff! Everyone was so approachable and at hand to answer any queries. I heard them interact with others and they were just so lovely. The menu was great and we found it hard to decide. Food was delicious and we even got a brownie to take home!
