The estate is stunning, with lots of wildlife, walking trails around the water. We stayed one night and got upgraded to a room with a lake view. I didn't want to leave! Lovely people, especially Nick the owner who makes sure everyone feels welcome. Good breakfast. Hopefully, we will be back soonRooms: 5/5
I stayed two nights for a work related trip. The hotel was quiet with it being midweek, but personally I prefer that. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make me feel welcome, particularly Julie, and I felt like nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately the weather was awful, and being November, the nights dark, so I didn't get to explore the grounds but what I did see looked beautiful. I think it would be a fantastic venue for a wedding, other event or romantic getaway.
The location is lovely and it was nice to be able to walk around the extensive grounds . Our room was very cold and did tAke a while to get it warm. The shower wasn’t hot enough either which made me colder. There was no choice for dinner, which was disappointing and no dessert . The staff were all very lovely and friendly . We sadly won’t be returning. The room was not up the to standard we would expect for the price. Notable it certainly did not have sound proof walls as stated in the info we were sent In fact we could hear everything in the room next to us- which was unpleasant.
We spent our 50th Wedding Anniversary at the Cadmore Lakeside Hotel the room was excellent with a beautiful view of the lake, very peaceful and relaxing. All the staff were so friendly and the food excellent. Could not fault hotel in any way and hope to return.Rooms: 5/5

I have never been so disappointed in a hotel in my life. Cancelling a room less than 2 weeks before staying for a wedding on New Years Eve nearby and don't even have the courtesy to call and explain. Disgusting, go to the Travelodge nearby.Rooms: 1/5

Cancelled my wedding accommodation 2 weeks before the wedding on NYE - never called me back to explain why despite me calling to ask. Awful customer service and totally changed my transport plans for guests.Service: 1/5
If you want a quiet break make sure there are no functions scheduled during your stay. The restaurant incorporates the function room and there was a loud group playing on the evening of our stay. We decided not to use the restaurant as a result. Our room Super Deluxe Double was adequate. Continental breakfast was a tad sparse but the full English was excellent. The hotel if fairly recently refurbished and so has a new feel about it. Overall a moderately adequate stay. Location, views and walks are excellent.
Angie would be person who will not bring more stars into your reviews. Sinead is a real unpolished diamond for that place. She can make your day brighter and bring overall experience to new level. Nice, quiet place to go and run away from every day life noise.Rooms: 4/5
