Superb service when agreeing service. Absolutely awful after service. Bill paid on time but received a reminder for an 'unpaid Bill. Very distressing. Despite several phone calls and an email i still do not have confirmation that they have received the £3400 that we paid them. This is required for estate administration. I cannot get past the admin people. Would not recommend this firm.
