First class service staff have great Knowledge for the heating industry and very competitive pricing
Have waited a long time for parcel. No communication from them. Paid a lot for quick delivery, am still waiting. Having spoken to a very nice lady, I've decided to change my review. They have told me they cannot get my part, and offered a full refund.
Rude, obnoxious staff and appauling products. This company have sold us a faulty boiler and we are still within our 30 days of purchase, however when we rang up, they refused to refund us and when we asked for the refund policy, they hung up on us. The boiler is faulty and makes loud knocking noises and has been waking up our children, so we can't even have it on at night time. KJ Plumbing didn't care at all when we told them this and told us to call the manufacturer. We kept trying to tell them we already have called the manufacturer, however , it is KJ Plumbing who have our money, so only they can refund us. I cannot believe such people exist to behave in this way. We have reported them to trading standards . They also charged us VAT on a cash purchase. Photo attached for proof . So they also will be reported about this action.
Accepted payment for a part they didn't have, gave a delivery date and was still waiting after 2 weeks. Poor communication and I've lost time and money because they let me down. Only thing they did promptly was refund the money. Rubbish service I'm afraid.
Ordered Boiler gasket on a sunday night with next day delivery, so It is reasonable to expect it on the tuesday. 13/09/20 order placed on a sunday. 14/09/20 order processed, monday 15/09/20 order did not arrive, tuesday Item arrived on 21/09/20 @ 11:30. So yeah a far from Happy experience.
