What a wonderful experience! Coming from New York, I was so pleasantly surprised by the incredibly friendly and warm hospitality. The guest quarters are clean and cozy - exactly what you’d envision for the English countryside! The location is ideal - beautiful farmland and fields, great for relaxing and recharging, and only 25 min from the quintessential British seaside town of Southwold. The hosts are so knowledgeable and friendly and make the most delicious meals! Can’t wait to go back. So glad I found this little gem!

We have been visiting Leet Hill Farm (aka Butterley House BandB) on at least a yearly basis for over 15 years, wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. My parents first took me and my daughter when she was little. Now we are also taking my grandchild as well! It really is a beautiful place, always clean, amazing breakfast and the warmest of welcomes. John and Sarah are the loveliest people you could hope to meet and nothing is too much trouble. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Wonderful stay with John and Sarah. So friendly and welcoming. Superb breakfast, lovely rooms, homely, quiet. Also really nice to stay on a working farm and look out over the Waveney Valley.

Extremely welcoming and spacious house. Plenty of parking spaces. Our double room with en suite was very comfortable and clean. Our view stunning with farmland and many trees. Sarah & John our hosts are friendly & helpful. Sarah does a very nice breakfast. We would definitely choose this place again.

The review from Mrs A Smith is a fraudulent review and is being investigated by Google. Until this time please ignore the terrible grammar and fictitious content which is being dealt with by Google and the local authorities. Although Butterley House doesn't cater for pets it certainly doesn't shoot them!
