Awesome place and the pool is great. Staff are friendly and there is more than enough to do. A lot to keep you busy as a family and loads of entertainment. The pools are clean with plenty of lifeguards about with sufficient amount of cubicles for families. Be sure to get there early if you are going swimming otherwise you will be waiting in a queue for some time. Arcades are clean with loads to do and see. Food is great with a lot to choose from whether it is Italian food you want, burger king or fish and chips etc. The car park costs £1 for the day and money goes to great Ormond street hospital. Good cause and don't mind paying for a good cause. Loved it and will go again.

Would have rated more. If check out was later than 10 am and also if I didn't see the rat outside my room. A nice place designed for young and old alike. Pub kitchen,excellent on first night of arrival. Soho coffee very handy for takeout breakfast. Fire house excellent and got in at short notice excellent staff services and children. Also the pub opposite Firehouse. Excellent staff also and excellent steak cooked well done. Red good entertainment

This is a fabulous place for all ages. First time we've been and there is so much to do and see. We chose the 4 day weekend and are having a fabulous time. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. The food is lovely and plentiful. Definitely coming again.

I had such a fun time! The pool was amazing and all the slides were great. The best thing was the rapids however sometimes I got stuck as the shoots weren't fast enough but other than that i fully enjoyed them. Last year I visited minehead and they had a raft ride that had a big drop which I really enjoyed so if there was something like that here it would make it the best. The accommodation was very nice as was the restaurants i needed a gluten free option and they managed to provide a lot of options for that which was very good.

Attended the 70s weekend and it was amazing! Such good fun. Actual resort is really nice, very clean and lots to do. Its the second time I've been, stayed in the gold apartments which are great to keep costs down because they have oven, hob and microwave. They supply pans as well, have fridge freezer, dishwasher. Proper home from home. It was however freezing due to gaps in the doors
