Skegness beach can be really nice, even with the baring winds when the waves crash against the sea defences and perform a ballet for you. The important thing about the Sea View Road car park entrance is that it is wheelchair accessible. Priceless for getting less mobile relatives to enjoy a walk beside the beach
Plenty of car parking spaces close to the beach. Toilets are well kept, clean and modern. Ideal parking spot as the beach is always less crowded up this end. Not too far and quite a pleasant walk to see the main attractions.
Just a car park no toilets but some nearby. A good walk to the centre on the coastal path or along the road passed the seal sanctuary.
Always guaranteed a space here! Yes it's a little walk to the amusements but I'd rather that than battle through the chaos of trying to shoehorn into a spot with a likely case of potential car damage. The view is great, the beach on the north side is quieter and softer for walking etc. In over 15 years we've never parked anywhere else and have never been disappointed
Very easy to locate that was a bonus.Plenty of parking and reasonable charges. However, only two pay machines. This was a problem as both had queues. It took over 20 minutes of waiting to get to the machine! It would help if instructions were larger so that people could read before reaching the machine.
Plenty of spaces. Pay either by cash or card. Perfect car park if going to the Natureland Seal Sanctuary which is more or less next to it then a nice leisurely walk into town.
Massive carpark, loads of spaces even at 11am on a summer Saturday! A little but tight in some spaces though. £3 for 3hr then £7 for anything after and up until 6pm. However, then after that's its free until 8am the following morning so you don't have to rush back! Only 2 payment machine that take cash or card but there will be a long queue. Use the app mipermit, its much faster!
Not badly priced for a short stay at £3 for a 3 hour stay. Area does look abit run down bit it does look like they are plans to improve the area shortly
Very nice place if we do not count dogs left withough leashes. They could be dangerous. Thanks to them I.m now spending a second week in hospital because of a travma caused by them. And there are clear signs- no dogs on the beach!
Ok! so it's holiday time for the children, and there were lots of them, but this is my experience of parking, very easy to find a space, now you have to pay CASH OR CARD, ARRIVE at the wrong time and there is a long queue, but over by the beach side there is a notice to download an APP ! Pay by phone this takes about 3 minutes in total much quicker than then queuing.. be sure to type in the full address when you search for the app, I'm just an oldgit and I did it so you can £3 for 3hours not bad considering..
