Love this park! Very big and beautiful. Loved seeing all the wild animals, they all looked very healthy and happy. It's got open land, woods, steams, rabbits and deer and lots of lovely flowers. Good place to just explore and appreciate nature! Good to take the dogs but they have to be kept on the lead most times as not to disturb the wildlife. Can't wait to visit again!

Bushy park is a great place to go out to either on your own or with your family. It is divided into several sections. My favourite being the wooded area around the pheasant cafe. It's a lovely shaded area with a beautiful natural canopy of tress in the summer. Great for family picnics and brisk walks when the weather is a little cold. Parking is free and has a tendency to get full quite quickly by midday on the weekends. There are deer throughout the park and sometimes the herd wanders close to the road, great for photos

The smaller cousin of nearby Richmond Park, Bushy is still quite large enough to get lost in, with much to see along the way. The park is famed for its herds of red and fallow deer grazing some beautiful, wildlife-rich grassland, but is worth visiting for the woodland, hidden gardens (gorgeous azaleas in late spring), and a variety of streams, ponds and lakes, too. There's free car parking, refreshments, and wheelchair-friendly paths around much of the park. It tends to stay open until dusk, but check times on the gates to ensure your car doesn't get locked in!

I’ve been coming here since I was a small child in the 70s, and now bring my grandchildren. It’s a great place to bring the whole family to picnic and chill, and it’s free. There is a play park area too. Lots of free roaming deer, they do seem friend but you are advised to let them do their thing and not touch them as they can be unpredictable.

Been coming here all my life, its so beautiful, its like free therapy! So blessed to have this on my doorstep. Please always respect it and it's wildlife, and don't approach the deer yourself or allow your dog or children to. Remember they are powerful WILD animals!
