Allowing all people to drive up to the station and park in the small access road is dangerous for pedestrians especially peak times. I have seen countless near accidents with drivers almost hitting pedestrians. I was almost run over as a car that stopped suddenly decided to reverse without checking. TFL please consider only allowing blue badge holders and taxis.
The train I planned to take to Bath Spa was cancelled. No reasons or apologies, but I was late for a meeting in Bath. If I had known I would have driven, which I will do in future. Staff only helped with alternative advice when pushed. Seems like other faulty situations with help points. British public transport in general sucks in spite of it's very high price.
