The worst fast food restaurant for customer service I’ve ever been to, I would definitely recommend avoiding it. I went here a few weeks ago and the staff completely ignored me when I was waiting to be served even though there were no other customers around so I called and complained to the manager who said if I came back I could get a free meal. I went back today and called beforehand to check the offer was still open which the manager said it was only for a different manager to be rude when I got there and say they would never make such an offer, effectively accusing me of being a liar

Staff don't know about the special offer. Medium fries are £1.89!!! You must pay 20p extra for BBQ sauce. Milk for tea and coffee comes in stupid plastic sachets that squirt milk everywhere. The red chairs are instruments of torture. Staff seem annoyed and are not very polite. Basically it's a sh1thole and a very bad dining experience. 2 stars because it's clean and the food is tasty and enough if it. Won't be bothering with burger king again.

I regular visit this restaurant to buy food and today evening I went to the restaurant and waited 10mins where another staff was just talking to a customer for long time with their own language where I got ignored! Then the TL from back came and took the order where I bought some burgers; I noticed the staff was in the burger station making burgers by hand without gloves or using tong so I asked the TL to let the staff know to were the gloves or use tong while making the burger! The TL was pretending like he didn’t understand then he went away and came back and said “we make burgers by hand”. Which made me really upset and disgusted where the staff don’t follow the hygiene for the price I’m paying for the food! I could see he was taking lettuce, cheese, bun etc using his hand and never seen washing or sanitising hands! The staffs always looked unhappy and rude! This is the last time I visit this restaurant!!

Chicken burger was a bit on the hardside not much tender like it usually is. On the whole the cheeseburger and the whopper were good.

Never had a problem with the food here, always enjoyed it however the staff really need to fix their attitude.
