It's kinda hard to base a review off a delivery so eventually I'll have to come down in personnnThe food is delicious, fresh and tasty and is a great option for a burger place and is up there with the best. Only thing I'd say is it's price. £24 quid for what I got is really good value and worth it, but I think it would reach full value if the loaded fries came as a full box portion sepertate from the wingsnnDoesn't take away the quality though unreal
This is a dream place for any “Burger lovers” to have the juiciest burgers of their lives at Burger Drop in the Newcastle. nnWe ordered a live smoke tray platter for £40 which include 2 massive burgers, tasty chicken wings, two brisket, loaded fries, two drinks and two heavy desserts. It’s a luxurious food at affordable prices .nnThe taste is 10/10. Bonus: try Karma Cola it’s awesome. We highly recommend it .nnYes it’s Halal and vegan friendly

It's quite meh. The burger that I ordered was plain and not seasoned at all. It was a smash burger which needs to be seasoned well since it loses a little bit of its taste when smashed.nI can neglect that but the service was abhorrent. I work in a restaurant as well and no matter how small the order is we present the customers a set of tissues to clean themselves afterwards. I wasn't. It was a good thing that I had tissues on hand or otherwise i would have needed to walk to the till or the washroom with dirty hands. I thought that tissues were in an appropriate place but they weren't. So I assume you only get them when you ask for them. Why? Because no SAUCES, if you want to buy a sauce you have to pay which is ridiculous. It's a burger joint, it's supposed to have sauces available for people to take or dispense, keep a bottle of Heinz and mayo around for people to take, walk a little further and go to any other shop and you will have access to either mayo or ketchup for you to take. This is absolutely childish.nI have had burgers all over the UK but never have I had the experience of such bad service. Just yesterday I ate some fries at the Punch Bowl and the waiteress asked me if I wanted to have some ketchup or mayo with the fries, and all the bottles were conveniently placed. The fries were 4.75 against the 12 pound burger + meal that I ordered here. This is so so very wrong.nnWon't be going here again. Money better spent elsewhere where I am treated with a good burger, with some tissues to clean myself and access to sauces.
