The school actively hid bullying and encouraged kids who had been bullied not to report or to give them light punishments. One teacher mr. Franklin even publicly showed a students music exam paper to a class which resulted in severe bullying towards the student. Do not chose this school for your children's education.
I have a daughter at the school and one who will attend in two years time. An exceptional school it is and would recommend anyone in catchment area of this school to pay it a visit and see for yourselves.
Burford School is miserable. It is boring, the canteen is always clogged and the site is rarely cleaned. D O N O T S E N D Y O U R K I D H E R E
