Very clean and large facility with a lot of ranges available. The cafe was large and had a lot of options but felt se of the items such as sandwiches should have been in the fridge rather than open to everybody and without any cooling facility. The seating area was very clean and overall it was a pleasant experience. The items around where quite expensive and felt that some items from deli could have been so much cheaper. Lovely visit but will probably not come back again.
What a great place and certainly not your usual garden centre offerings. It's larger than expected and filled with a wide range of unique and unusual products that I have not seen before. There are also a few separate sections / outlets selling, books, art, wine, children's clothes, garden ornaments etc. Yes it can be very expensive but it's still nice to look around. The cafe is particularly impressive and the cost of a coffee and a rather nice cake is the same as elsewhere. The indoor and outdoor plants are in immaculate condition but we did struggle to find professional advice in respect of some shrubs we were considering. Ideal for a trip out if you can still afford the petrol.
Delicious Cakes and Drinks in an Ambient setting. Extensive food menu. Best Garden Centre Cafe I have ever visited in the UK. It was a fantastic day out.
What an experience! It’s a must see if you’re in the area, and you’d have plenty to keep you entertained for a few hours. The outdoor plant section is endless, with a cute little cafe in the middle if your legs get tired. The range of gifts and home wear inside is fantastic. My favourite section was the fresh food area, but be prepared to queue for a while on weekends. There are tons of cheeses, ice cream, deli items. We also had fun choosing gins. Probably for the best I only found the indoor plant section on our way out or I’d be broke, but I’m definitely coming back soon and starting there.
Absolutely fab! Love it here! Great range of plants & fantastic range of homeware products that I haven't seen anywhere else. Lots of creative colours & styles. Hence, premium prices. However, I could easily & happily spend £thousands there! The art gallery is fab too. Lots of great sculptures & paintings. The restaurant has excellent food and the seating area is beautifully set out with lots of interesting wares on display around & above the seating area. It has a large indoor area & fab outside seating area. It's a day out for sure, with Burford high street nice to stroll around. Sun 26 Sep was my 1st visit & I was pleasantly surprised & amazed at how good it was. I will go on another day trip there soon.
We visited here for the Christmas Shop. The decorations, lights and baubles were ridiculously overpriced £79 for a small set of string lights!. I've never known a garden centre to focus on everything other than gardening equipment!! They even sell clothes which you could relate to London Designer prices! Overall, very disappointing. We were in there 30 mins, and that was 30 mins too long!
What a huge garden centre! One of the biggest and airy I have ever been to. Beautiful! But pricey. Has got furniture, clothing, food, cosmetics and of course outdoors and indoors plants. Staff very nice. The only problem is, that it's NOT DOG FRIENDLY PLACE!
One of the nicest Garden Centres I have seen, in a great location near the pretty town of Burford in the Cotswolds. Large selection of not only garden items, but clothes, ornaments, pottery, food and drink, two places to sit and eat and drink. Lots of big antiques spread around the place but will not reveal too much as it will be a nice surprise when you visit.
Nice, posh garden centre. If you like tropical plants, this garden centre got it. House furniture, rugs and a lot more. Nice restaurant, they have cafe area outside during summer time. But expensive.
This is my favorite new store on either side of the Atlantic. Everything you could ever dream of for your garden or home can be found in this expansive inside/outside store including fine art, furnishings, clothing and even food. If you are within 2 hours of this place you must divert. Things can be a bit pricey so look for sale items. Even if you don't purchase anything it is a great browsing experience.
