First time I have purchased gold.  The service from start to finish was exceptional.  The process was fully explained in detail which made the entire experience flawless.  Made my purchase and within 24 hrs my package was delivered. A huge thanks to Senita for the assistance.  Also pleased with the follow up call to ensure I had received my gold and that I was satisfied with my purchase.  If you are thinking of purchasing gold I would fully recommend using Gold Bank London.

Dreadful experience with gold bank!!! If I could rate them nil stars I would! Horrible service. I made an order online within minutes they gave an email back with there account details to do a bank transfer, so I done the bank transfer and they received the payment. They then asked for my identification which is very much acceptable. I sent all the documents over even though I was having trouble with my scanner. Next morning they said they are doing security check so I waited. I then called them at 10.30am to get an update I spoke to someone and was told I would I would receive my delivery at 5 pm... 20 minutes before 5pm I was told my order has been cancelled because I didn't pass security.. Ridiculous they should do security checks before they ask for the payment. I believe they didn't have my items in stock and also used my money for for there own use and would return my money back after 3 to 5 working days! Do not buy from here all there reviews are by there own people this place is a waste of time! If you wish to buy gold I could give you links on here! Also gold bank London please refund my money back which is susbstancial amount..

Gold Shop in Southall are one of the few places in Greater London that will give you an excellent price for your gold/silver. I was very happy with the price I was offered for my gold/silver ounce coins. Highly recommend.

Lady at front counter was very stuck up and told me I’m silly for not coming with money in the bank, if I trusted the bank I wouldn’t be buying gold would I. She also gave false info regarding how much cash I can have which later another man member of staff resolved.  Also, locked a price on the phone completely different when I got in there. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Couldn't be happier, this is my second time I have come to GoldBank , The service is straight forward,  hassle free  and cash in my account in minutes. Brilliant customer service experienced friendly gave me the highest price then most jewellery shops  Fantastic.

Having been curious about investing in precious metals for some time I picked up the phone today and was thoroughly pleased with the advice received from Mr Faisal.
