Worse ever Lloyds bank branch .. a lot of Que always .. so many people waiting and the people working there just sitting and talk between each other .. where is the main office to see and check whats happening here .. if you busy and time is important for you so this branch not for you.

Employees in this bank have no customer service. Most of the time there's Que of people stand at the enquiry Desk and there's no one to help there they don't even bother about the customers.                               If in emergency we need bank statement and ask for it they Question you like for what you need, why you need??? Do I have to give explanation for my bank statement???
