Been visiting this bank from years.... its a busy bank but best at customer service.. Abdul  Khoyer is wonderful Advisor Natwest have in Southall branch... he goes an extra mile to help all the customers out there... he never makes a customer feel ignored... Always have the eye contact to all the customers in queue... he helped me so much with my queries... The best Advisor Abdul khoyer keep it up ....

Amazing guy who is really Keen to help anytime and to anyone . Friendly and funny but still professional . Knows his job perfectly. I am really reccomeding this branch and this advisor.
