Love this place. I went in first time today and service we recieved today was absolutly amazing. Came out of the shop happy and with an intention to return soon. There was no rush or pressure and was given full attention. Thankyou so much for a wonderful service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy jewllery.

The worst jewellers shop in southall. Bought a ankle bracelet on 13/05/2017. Originally when I bought the bracelet, i was given a guarantee that the bell and the heart charms of the bracelet will never come of and evan if it does, can come back at any time amd the charms will be replaced right away. 16/07/2017, today just only two months, the heart cham fell out so i went to get it replaced. Upon arrival, was greated by the owner who's attitude was disgusting, he looked at the bracelet and said come back in two weeks as he havent got a charm or evan and anklest bracelet in stock. He had ankle in stock clearly he had no bloody intention to sell me a charm bracelet. I mean i was willing to pay anything to buy the charm and he waa giving an attitude to a customer saying well just wear it like that. For f**k sake i paid £320 for that anklet not to just wear it without the charms. Please everyone this guy is a cheat and have a stinky attitude. If you do go there, trust me you will regret it long run. I will never ever in my life deal with them again. Nor i will recommend any family, friends or anyone.

Great family business, bought engagement and wedding rings recently and cannot fault quality and service. Cannot see a reason to go anywhere else!

This is an excellent place to buy jewellery for any occasion! I have bought an engagement ring and other rings all I have had custom made from here. The quality of the merchandise is nothing but the best and the staff are extremely friendly, overall product and service is 5 stars, better than anywhere in Hatton gardens!
