Went to pick a parcel up. Rude + unhelpful old lady, who spoke to me like I was something off the bottom of her shoe!! No help at all. No parcel because their end isn't working.... Won't be going in there again. Used to spend a small fortune on my grandkids sweets. Will go somewhere else in future.
Collect+ is inside of the shop on the right. It is a collection/dropping off point. InPost is also near it.
Found this place whilst driving around Milton Keynes. Was open with parking nearby even till late in the evening. Very well stocked with lots of groceries, including nappies, drinks, snacks, and confectionery. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You can see that they ate at the heart of the community. Anything you are looking for just ask and they will help you to locate it. Was our go to shop on a short break recently.
Good store nice people, good availability of products
Unfortunately almost every time I have gone there they have attempted to charge me more than they should have. The price on the shelf will be lower than what comes up at the till. When I point this out they do discount it for me but when I’ve been in on following occasions the same issue arises so clearly they don’t bother changing the price tickets on the shelf to reflect the correct price which makes me wonder how many other people get scammed here. The food they have on the shelf is often past it’s expiration date too and occasionally rotten/ mouldy. If shopping here I’d suggest adding up the prices of your products yourself before getting to the till so you can point out to them if they’re trying to charge you more than they should be.
Great location with free parking.
If you plan on using this store for click and collect, be aware that they do not accept Evri parcels, only Royal Mail and DPD. In case the seller has used Evri for shipping, they will reject your parcel for the sake of approx 10p commission. Additionally, there have been reviews mentioning parcels getting lost at this store. It's recommended to choose a customer-friendly store for online purchases and click and collect services. Supermarkets are generally reliable and happy to provide this service without being greedy.
Beware and ask for your receipt! This shop is well overpriced for one and they put sales on, but when the items are scanned your charged at a higher price than advertised! It pretty much happens with every item and I suspect it’s on purpose, as they used to have a sticker over the individual price item on the checkout, so when items are scanned you couldn’t see the individual items price you were charged, unless you asked for a receipt. I hardly ever use this shop anymore and would rather drive further to use a different shop, which doesn’t rip you off! I’ll be reporting this to Trading Standards!
FALSE PRICES ADVERTISED! If the price tag says price marked, then the price of the item will be more expensive than the price shown. This is false advertisement and seems to be a SCAM! I would advise everyone to check the individual items on the till when scanned and get your receipt. I certainly won’t be using this shop again!
