I have lived in various different towns over the last ten years. Moved to Stony last year. This surgery has been the best I have ever been to. Have two poorly people in my family. We have been back and forth to the surgery over ten times in the last year. Have been consistently impressed at the quality of service. From both the admin staff and the doctors. Can't rate this surgery highly enough.

This surgery is an absolute shambles, minimal effort possible, if any at all put in to dealing with customers/patients, especially by reception

Undoubtedly a brilliant surgery. If your own Doctor can't see you (mine is Dr Regis and she's brilliant) then one of the others will, either in person or by phone. Receptionists great especially Liz. Never had a better Doctors' practice.

Awful. 3 times I've tried to get son or daughter an appointment and 3 times I've been told the doctors haven't released any appointments. You just end up getting referred to a walk in centre 10 miles away.
