Forgetting the time i told receptionist i may not be here tomorrow due to MH with them ignoring my medical issues and fobbing me off for years..... and she said "well no. Thats not very nice of you to put on a doctor" Negligent. Took nearly a year to let me know my results showed chronic illness. Went to them several times over years with many symptoms. Palmed off to cancer unit every time. Thankfully a consultant referred me to the correct dept as every symptom they brushed off as cancer is linked to this very common illness.
Generally a good bunch, Lovely team and staff, very competent practice, Spoke to one dizzy bird called Cara though, Pretending to be some sort of "Talking Therapist?!", girl started projecting her narcissistic personality and using every textbook "narcissistic projection" to "win her argument" clearly has no Hippocratic oath, doesn't understand how Pain and addiction, medicine and duty of care works at all, wasted her "university degree she got 30 years ago" or whatever, turned me away in a time of pain and need and distress, "talking therapist" what a load of tosh, with the door to another room open so you could chat to your pal next door between patients confidentiality!? try "listening" next time ya silly bint instead of jumping to conclusions and presuming you have all the answers... and flipping pay attention to a patient when they are explaining their needs to you, this is no "hypocrisy" warning people of this woman. it's no wonder mental health is such a joke in this country if therapists leave you walking away with more mental complexes than you went in there with, good job I come from a family of medical professionals myself, can't imagine the damage people like this do to vulnerable people with their "egotistical opinions" over "professional medical diagnosis" as I say, a marvelous medical practice otherwise, very friendly and competently staffed, but that experience is the last one I want to have here thanks! If you live in the England, Be your own therapy, that's my only stinking advice, we need more people like that, show people a little joy once and a while, don't let someone elses s#£££@y attitude to others infect your own peace of mind, May a path of good wishes protect you from fear. May an army of passive aggressive google comments light your way.
We are a family of three and we are so happy with the care we receive from the medical team. Online queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Appointments are offered quickly, the klinik app is really useful and saves hanging on the phone for ages waiting for an appointment. Staff are professional and friendly. I feel lucky to be a patient at this surgery.
NHS treatment at its best! Having heard that many have struggled to get an appointment with their GP, I was very pleasantly surprised to be seen within an hour of submitting my appointment request on line! The doctor I saw was friendly, natural, thorough in the questions she asked, and professional in the examination she gave. She afforded me adequate opportunity to ask questions about treatment options and about the effect and possible side effects of the various drug treatments that I may or may not decide to pursue. She also made it clear that it was fine to go away and think about what i would like to do; and within minutes of leaving the surgery I received a text with links to a raft of helpful information and relevant research data, to inform my decision. Thank you so much for such gold standard care :
Recently joined and receiving 5 star service. The appointments are quickly booked, queries quickly and professionally answered. The GPs, Nurses and receptionists are so thorough. All my health needs have been met and on the right track. So happy to have joined and such a fantastic NHS team, reception included!
I’ve always had amazing help from everyone. Reception is lovely. Nurses especially Angela are wonderful and all doctors especially Dr Grinyer are outstanding in their care. Also big shout out to the secretary’s as well. Thank you
I chose this surgery, I'd heard mixed reviews but I wanted to make up my own mind. I've never had any problems. I've always been able to get an appointment for me and the kids. Obviously it helps to be flexible I've seen a few doctors some I prefer over others but overall I haven't had a bad experience. The receptionist are helpful, I'm very impressed with the nurses. The new booking system works well too.

Stony medical centre has treated me so well. I changed to them in the mid COVID and they see me staight away, my old gp wouldn't seee in person anyway I was sent for a x-ray and that's when they found I had lung disease moderate to severe so not good at all. I am so pleased with my treatment and the staff at the surgery are very kind and helpful every time I'm in there as you can imagine that's alot. TARA
the doctors are wonderful. nothing too much trouble. the online system they use to book appointments is fantastic, I’m always seen the same day which when I mention to people they just can’t believe as they deal with such long wait times at other surgeries. couldn’t ask for a better doctors tbh. thanks guys!
