Friendly and knowledgeable service in store we dealt with Julian. New fridge freezer delivered and installed with care. The two delivery chaps were very good, took care in transporting the appliance across the house and made sure that a slightly tricky installation was done completely and correctly. Didn't rush or hurry the process either. Definitely recommend Budd.
Purchased a Bosch washing machine and tumble dryer. Received excellent service, and installation was superb in quite a tight utility room. Would highly recommend. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Take your money. Rushed installation and If anything goes wrong. They dont care at all..Terrible after service. Will never buy here again. Response to my last review. First. We were told. And to quote. "We will call in when next passing."  It took until the 8th day you came out after making 3 calls. Only the after the 3rd call getting a reply as to when and what day. This after paying £849 for an item that was not fully functional. To top it off. After the said bulb was replaced. It blew again on the very next use. I had to purchase some bulbs and replace it again myself. So as for you being glad i will not buy from you again the feeling is definately mutual. Anyone reading this can decide if they had and item costing that much and go wrong 15 min after delivery. Also waiting 8 days to come and fix when it is only 5 min drive away. If they would have felt the same and would think it is good service. I think not.
Purchased a Blomberg fridge freezer from Budd Electrical Cardiff. All aspects of sale and delivery were absolutely outstanding. Purchase completed online. Questions were answered quickly, efficiently and politely. Delivery took place when expected. Delivery team were brilliant. Excellent quality product, sensibly priced. Very pleased with the whole experience.
Excellent service from Budd Electrical when purchasing a new oven. Called up Saturday morning, paid over the phone and had the new oven in the boot of the car shortly after. Knowledgeable and very helpful staff, great customer service and very competitive prices. A much better experience than previous dealings with some of the bigger competitors.
We purchased a fridge freezer from these guys recently and from start to finish the process was flawless. Both Jonathan and Julian were polite, professional and courteous at all times, as were all the team who we dealt with right through to the delivery guys! It was delivered on time and without any issues. The service was different class to Currys/Comet PC World and they made us feel valued and important. First class service from Budd electrical. Ordered our new TV over the phone very easy to do,though there website is easy to navigate but wanted to check on a few points with someone in person before ordering , very helpful information. Would definitely recommend Budd electrical to friends and family and anyone else. Delivery was done on the day quoted.
Great to shop in a real store. Bought a new fridge freezer. And delivered within 36 hrs. All good. Don’t go to Currys!
First class service from Budd Electrical Cardiff, I sent an enquiry over the weekend and received an instant reply, I purchased a gas range that week. Budd delivered, installed and removed the old item , all very professionally done, for the installation I needed a new connection it was all sorted for me. 5 stars to Julian and his team
Budd Electrical offer great prices and great service. I've been buying my electrical appliances at Budds for years and as they price-match, there's no need to go anywhere else. Their product range is great but they've also been happy to order items in for me, even if it's not on their stocklist. Their delivery, installation and after-sales service are second to none. Much better than the high street chains and the faceless online stores where half of the time your goods arrive damaged. Shop local!
