I have used Westlake for car servicing for a number of years, initially on the basis of a recommendation. Since that time my enlarged family has also used Westlake as their preferred car services provider. I have also recommended friends who now use Westlake when required. in every dealing I have had with Chris and his team I have found them honest , reliable and trustworthy without exception. In my experience unlike some car dealerships you will always get excellent and fair advice at sensible prices and not feel that you are being ripped off for work that is not essential. One friend of mine I sent to Chris because she was in significant distress over the financial implications of a prescribed new gearbox by another garage. After a quote for the repair which only required a small part and at a fraction of the cost of a new gearbox she was extatic and hence added herself to the loyal Westlake customer base. One other advantage of this business is - unlike the pain of having to go through dealership front service desks - the MD always makes himself available to listen to your enquiries. When we all have to regularly deal with the frustrations of major corporate telephone helpdesks its a rare find these days to find good old fashioned one to one service. If you live in the High Wycombe area and need work done on your car then I urge you to give this company a try and find out for yourself whether you want their support in vehicle related matters- because frankly, as a local honest business they deserve it.

These guys and gal have been looking after my cars for about 10 years now they are knowlegable, friendly and most important of all honest. I like tuning my cars and they are always happy to have a chat to me about that whenever i have a had a problem. Their fault finding has been right first time every time. It took a long time to find a garage as good as this and I can think of no higher praise than this -even if I lived 50 miles away they would still be the people looking after my cars.

I had Westlake recommended to me by a few people in my office, as I'm new to the area. The guys at Westlake were friendly & professional and did a good job on my car. I would recommend them as a Garage you can trust, but it's always worth getting some other quotes I guess.
