This is the best dry cleaning service. Customer service wise and in terms of work. I spoke to the lovely owner who helped me do a small repair and got it done in 10 minutes! A lovely business that’s been around for 40 years!

If it's not a superbasic cleaning, be very careful with what you give them. They said they could clean the stains on the sleeves of my suede shearling jacket from Acne attached. Blanc and Jeeves refused to take the dirty velocity jacket because they did not want to take the risk of ruining it, but Buckingham Dry Cleaners did and they completely destroyed it attached. Seems like they put it in a shredder...but the cherry on top is that they actually believe they are not at fault and refuse to pay any compensation for it... In any case, they probably had good intentions but they still stand on their position that they should not pay anything for destroying it like that, which is shocking. It's off to the bin- 1,500 GBP retail and at least 600 GBP if sold second hand gone to dust like that because of them. Heads up then, don't hand it anything risky or expensive, you'll have a safer and more honest answer from Jeeves or Blanc.

Absolutely amazing service. Needed a dress dry cleaned at the last minute, James and his team went above and beyond to have it ready in time for me. FYI- They managed to take out spray paint from the dress. Highly recommend them. Thank you so much!
