My first visit to the shop was mainly due to the good reviews I read on Google and I have to say that the experience I have had so far is superb. The service, the coffee and even the hot food ... I tend to think of myself as a picky customer, but when it comes to Lancaster, I really can’t think of any negative to say. It’s simply amazing and most importantly, it makes you feel like home no exaggeration.
Convenient and Friendly service, options for dropping off laundry and return to pick up or like me, enjoyed a nice coffee at the Cafe whilst waiting. Eric was welcoming and helpful.
Aty was so beautiful, lovely and kind to us. The whole process she was so kind and was able to help us get our washing done before our flight the next day and she was closing soon. She went out of the way to serve us with so much love and kindness. 100% recommend to come here and get your laundry done. She is so beautiful.
Highly recommend. Great place to get your laundry done and grab a quick bite. I'm from the states over here for work and wasn't sure what to expect. Dropped off laundry and was dried, folded, and ready 3 hours later. Was nice being able to go back to hotel to get some work done in between. Owner super kind and friendly. Here for a few more weeks. Will return.
I’ve been traveling for several weeks and needed to do a little laundry. My experience here was every bit as positive as the reviews suggested. Elvis was friendly and helpful. The service beyond expectations. And they make a decent cup of coffee. This would be my go-to if I lived in the neighborhood.PositiveProfessionalism
I recently had the pleasure of using the Lancaster Launderette and it was nothing short of excellent. Right from the get-go, the options were clear and convenient. Being short on time, we opted for the self-service and although it meant folding our own laundry. The machines were spotlessly clean and incredibly efficient. In just a tad over an hour, our clothes were fresh and ready to go. But what truly sets this launderette apart is the lovely café at the front. They have a delightful range of pastries and coffee that made the wait so much more enjoyable. And I can't finish this review without mentioning the owner, Elvis. Speaking with him was truly the cherry on top. Not only is he dedicated to offering top-notch laundry service, but his life story and passion genuinely resonated with me. For the price, location, and service, this launderette is unbeatable. Highly recommend!
Wonderful place - Elvis and Aty are always helpful and have great laundry tips to make sure everything comes out clean and dry. Great coffee place as well. I use this facility on every trip through London.
My wife and I traveled to Great Britain for the first time this past September and October. London was our last stop and we needed to get some laundry done. We found Elvis' shop and we're immediately befriended by Elvis. Our laundry was done while we sat across the street and had a few pints. The service was as good as it could get. We came back a few days later for breakfast and we were again greeted by Elvis who was as friendly as could be and made us feel at home in such a big city. Food and coffee were very good and it was a good start to our day. Thanks Elvis for such a great experience. Kindly regards from your friends in public safety in the states.
I’ve had such a pleasant experience doing my laundry at this place, as the workers were especially nice and the food was yummy. Was lucky to be served by the owner of the shop, and would recommend to anyone who wants to efficiently get their laundry done! Will be coming again.
Incredible service. I needed to do some laundry because I opted to pack light for a 10 day trip to make it easier while getting around, and found this gem. Great cafe while I waited too. I didn’t have cash, no problem. This was a great experience. Thank you Elvis!!!
