The worst experience ever! I have trusted some of the reviews on Google, however, I totally regretted it. I have left a very expensive coat Woolrich 750 pounds, purchased in December, it was the first wash as the owner ensured me that, worst case scenario, only the edges would get discoloured. I have paid £24 to get my jacket completely ruined. When I went to collect it, the owner didn't show up and I had to come back to speak to him and request some explanations. He said I could not do anything about it and that he did inform me about the consequences. He didn't even offer to refund the cost of the wash. It's quite concerning that a professional accepts to treat some expensive articles although he is perfectly aware that he doesn't have the appropriate products nor does he have professional capabilities to treat them. I am astonished for the embarrassing customer service received and very frustrated as I had to pay to lose my jacket. I would highly advise to avoid this place.
The best dry cleaners I have found after Jeeves, but with high street price list. Super fast and super friendly service, they are so meticulous in the way they pack the garments. It's actually better then when you purchase them from a boutique. As they are open every day it's a very convenient local service.

Very bad experience. Very unprofessional. The cleaning damaged the coat, and the manager didn't even bother to propose for a reimbursement. Avoid.
