It's not as I remember as a kid but are any parks these days? Regardless it's very pretty and the people there are always social. Customer service is fab in the kiosk. Can't wait for the restaurant to reopen!

Easy enough to get round with the dog. Plenty of space to walk them off the lead. Cafe and ice cream shop open most days and a great play area for young children. Newly refurbished bike track, small golf course with club rental plus an archery club on site.
