Food took 2.5 hours to arrive, despite us being told it would be 1 hour. No apology offered and the dough balls came without sauce. Chips were undercooked. Plenty of other good Italians in Dumfries so avoid this one.

Food is a hit or miss , The woman that runs the place is on a whole new level of rude, will be avoiding this place from now on. BE warned!

Last nights service over the phone was non-existant, I placed an order without knowing it contained ham/bacon, even if it is for reasons of religous beliefs I believe we should have been offered more than just ordering and paying for 2 more meals, that didn't contain any cuts of that meat in particular, when the order had took at least 55mins to arrive which I had no problem waiting for, but the fact that I had placed an order just over £38 (£2 delivery included) makes me wish I could give the Benvenuto we know 0 stars. On another note; I also run a family business, where we don't treat our customers in this manner no matter the reason.

Always a busy shop so be prepared to wait. Food is always high quality and personally have alway received a warm welcome.
