Delightful spot to stay while in London! The staff really go out of their way to get to know you.  The Donovan bar downstairs is nice too.

Absolutely fantastic afternoon tea, with live piano music, real fireplace and one of the best services we've ever had. Cannot recommend this highly enough.

During Covid, when all restaurants were closed, I ordered afternoon tea from Brown's to be delivered to a friend. I couldn't have been more pleased with the friendly personal service of Claire, who made the whole process easy and fun!  I would do this again in a minute!

Amazing door man who in the rain and traffic arranged the hotel car to drop me to my destination. Very clean , modern and cosy at the same time. Highly recommended

Great afternoon tea with good service and someone playing piano in the background! FYI it is about 150 pounds for 2 people so it is pricey.
