Since opening our first Browns in 1973, we’ve been providing delicious food and refreshing drinks, in beautiful surroundings with superb service.

Our menus are carefully created using exceptional ingredients and our chefs are chosen for their talent, passion and flair. We believe that every occasion should be exceptional, whether you’re joining us for a coffee, brunch with friends, dinner with the family or a big celebration.

We had a great afternoon tea before and decided to try their dinner. Browns has a bar and restaurant and was very busy tonight with good atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed by the team and enjoyed a very delicious dinner. Vida our server was very cheerful and friendly and made sure we were having a good time there. When she learned that it was a birthday dinner, she immediately arranged a nice surprise for me which we really appreciated. We were lucky to have Vida and so is Browns! We will definitely be back…see you soon Vida and have a Wonderful Birthday in 2 weeks’ time :
I came here for my graduation celebration and I had booked one of the private rooms. It was an incredible experience! The venue was amazing and decorated to perfection. The staff was very friendly and attentive! The private room we were in was the Judges Study and it was on a separate floor so it really gave a sense of privacy. We also had a small reception in the foyer of the floor which was also very nice. We had pre-ordered from the occasions menu and the food was of great quality and tasted amazing. It was definitely great value for money. The waiter who was serving us in the private room was extremely attentive and great at his job. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for private events, as I can truly say that the experience was incredible! Vegetarian options: One of the guests is vegetarian and she found a variety of vegetarian options which were very tasty. Dietary restrictions: I have allergies and the food was prepared especially for me to make sure that there was no cross contamination.
We had a fab visit on a busy Saturday afternoon. We were greeted warmly at the front desk & as we were early we directed to the bar, where we found a comfortable table. When we were seated in the restaurant, we were given a booth as I'd requested. Our server, Alessandro, was fantastic. He was friendly & welcoming, made us feel like he was genuinely interested in our day, and had great knowledge of the menu. He was attentive without being intrusive & even let us know when he was going on his break & who our server was in the meantime. As we were leaving, we had a lovely goodbye from all the staff as we walked through the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with no issues at all. We all tried each other's main meals & agreed we would have been happy with any order. We had the shepherds pie, the chicken & chorizo, & the roasted cod. We had a previous disappointing visit, so this has restored our faith in Browns.
This place was great! We chose this place to have our first English Breakfast experience and it tasted absolutely delicious. The black pudding, mushrooms and the beans especially were great. The atmosphere was very nice and the staff were super helpful. We reserved a table in advance through their website, but it’s a bit buggy and uninformative. Like that lunch serving starts at 12:00 and afternoon tea doesn’t start until 15:00. We reserved afternoon tea for 11:30 through the website and were able to do so, but were told that that service didn’t start until 15:00 when we got there. We got the breakfast instead tho and that was just as good! Dietary restrictions: They have their own gluten free menu which was just as delicious
Had afternoon tea at Browns' Covent Garden with my lovely grandmums. Not only was the assortment of patisseries exceptional, but the service was beyond flawless. From the sweet welcome to the constant adherence to our requests, Megan made our evening absolutely beautiful. Last but not least, my best compliments to the chef for all the good food.
Nice and cosy bar with many floors and rooms. Lovely local spot, full and buzzing. Great ambience and vibes, gathers good crowds, which was great to enjoy the drinks and chat with friends. They have a great selection of whiskey and wine. We came here only for drinks but food selection looks very good as well. Will come back to try their Whisky Tasting Flights!!!
The restaurant is beautiful. The food is exceptional. They service is outstanding. Ma daughter and I went twice and both times sat in Vida’s section. She was so happy and friendly. We had to take a picture with her because she made us feel so welcomed. P.S. Get the baked eggs in purgatory!
Raj our waitress was lovely and so considerate in her service. I have an allergy and this was dealt with really efficiently given an iPad with the allergen filter so I could easily see what I could order. Really good value for money with the theatre set menu for only £24.95 for 2 courses! Such good portion sizes too. Very nice vibe inside, stylish yet cozy. Will definitely be back!
A top treat for Sunday Lunch with the family food superb with great service and an excellent live singer to keep the drinks flowing. Best Sunday roast for ages.Food: 5/5
Very nice elegant relaxing space for lunch. A good menu. Very attentive staff. Table are a good size with good spacing given between surrounding tables. Pricing is very reasonable given the location and standards offered. Highly recommended.Food: 5/5
