Fantastic service received today. Called as we were having issues with our caravan handbrake being stuck on and we couldn't tow as we had no movement. After giving advice on phone to try to resolve a call out was suggested. Quickly arrived at caravan site and had us up and running again in no time. Very knowledgeable, friendly. Would highly recommend.
Billy has always done our habitation checks since we found him. Communication is great. We are always super happy with anything we've ever had done. Billy is replacing our awning and a tap in kitchen whilst it's with him on this visit. It's great having an honest, trustworthy person to rely on to look after our motorhome. Thank you Billy.
Great Service from Billy. Thetford Fridge problem, Billy handled the warranty claim perfectly, new Fridge delivered within 10 days and it was installed in our motorhome the same day it arrived. Picked motorhome back up the following day. Very happy customer.
Excellent service. We had a problem with the electric step on our motorhome. The problem was diagnosed shortly after we arrived, the required part was ordered, and it was repaired and in full working order the following day. Brilliant service, friendly, courteous, and very efficient. I would recommend Caravan Fix to anyone and Billy the owner/engineer was wonderful..

Caravan went in for a service in july with every thing working.got the van back and we're told need a new awning light as it wasn't working...planned to replace later...brought van down 2 maths later ready to go away and no 12 vts systems not working all because of a fuse..and now water just trickles out but the awning light now works??
Very professional. Great price and job done in a couple of hours in the freezing cold and heavy snow. Will continue to use Bill in the future. Saves me a return trip of 4 hours with the caravan to the dealer.

Used caravan Fix for habitation and service of my caravan for a number of years then changed to a motorhome and had the same excellent service. Fixed a problem with my truma boiler and his prices are very reasonable - definitely worth a visit.
