Been coming here for ages ever since I started my new job around Archway and always enjoyed the food they make here. Personally, this place is amazing mainly due to the people that run this place as they are always open to chat since it is a small family takeaway. Ate and loved their special dish everytime I came here.
THE worst Chinese food I’ve had ever. Used to be good. Food was old, staff was kinda rude and yeah the food was awful.
The food at this restaurant cured my ED. But in all seriousness ive been going to this place for a year now and the food is always top quality. I usually get the special fried rice and bbq ribs. The owners are genuinely nice people and its sad to see such a good place get bad reviews especially since a lot if them were for the previous place there. Love the food and atmosphere, you should definitely give it a try.
Used to be a regular customer a few years back. It got took over and the food was awful. Just ventured back and was extremely happy, my daughter and I loved our food, back up to standard of old days. We'll done
DO NOT USE THESE. I placed my order and they read it back I had to correct the error they made as they didn’t listen. When I received the order they had sent the wrong food item. Called them to inform them got told it would be a short while and it would be delivered. Waited 45 minutes. Called them back to be told I had to collect my own food. They refused to replace the wrong food item and refused refund unless I went to collect it. DO NOT USE THEM this is the third time they have messed up my order. AGAIN DO NOT USE THEM.
Not well executed, no sauce in the chow mein, small portions compared to other places. No flavour.
I've tried this takeaway several times, and there is always something wrong with the delivered order - incorrect size dishes, cold food, items missing, chicken that tastes and feels like a pencil eraser, delays etc. The manager and most of the staff are extremely rude on the phone, and they never compensate you or even apologise for their mistakes Today, they put the phone down on me mid conversation and I was not being rude rather than offer a solution for the latest mistake. It's simple now, I will NOT order from them again - ever.
They only accept cash, 'dodgy' I ordered a beef curry with special fried rice, it was vile with no flavour and just quickly thrown together the sauce was like dish water the curry obviously wasn't marinated and tasteless, the prawns were like rubber, I could keep going on, ovoid this place at all cost
