We are an established business with over 35 years experience working with jewellery. We pride ourselves on offering a very personal service which covers retail, design, jewellery repairs, valuations and giftware. We have a workshop on the premises and aim to meet your needs promptly. Russell did an amazing job making our wedding rings. He used some sentimental old jewellery to remake one of the rings and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. A truly bespoke service by an exceptional jeweller at a very reasonable cost. Thank you so much - we are delighted!

Russ has recently made me my second ring which I am absolutely thrilled with. I knew exactly what I wanted made and when I saw him, he roughly designed it which was spot on to what I wanted. My wife damaged her engagement ring a few years back, and we thought nothing can restore it. I came to this lovely shop and a very lovely gentleman called Russ told me that he can fix it. Two days later, I came to pick it up and I didn’t even didn’t recognise the ring.  It looks as good as new. Thank you so much Russ for your great work. You’re star!

We had matching engagement rings made with Russell at Brooks Jewellery Service. From talking through our ideas, designing the rings, and handcrafting them, I can not recommend them enough. Russell gives great service and advise. It was a quick turn around and sometimes he can even do things on the day which I so appreciated. He was so helpful in adjusting some inherited jewels that needed to be sized to fit me and a ring changed into a pendant. I highly recommend his craftsmanship as it was seamless and well worth the investment. He also gave the jewels such a good clean I felt that they sparkled in a way I have never managed to get them. It's definitely worth going to the professionals if you want quality workmanship. Highly recommended.

Russell was amazing with an urgent surprise gift, he worked with us to design our bespoke piece and worked to our budget and met all our requirements and managed to turn it around in only 24 hours! Russell has been amazing repairing and resizing several pieces of jewellery for me but this time he has surpassed himself by assisting with a ring that had a chip fall out.  Rather than repair, he used this and another small piece of jewellery I owned but did not wear to create a special new piece.  Fabulous service at a reasonable price, would highly recommend.

Russell created a very nice pendant and chain using my own faceted Aquamarine stones. The result exceeded my expectations. Russell was very helpful, professional and actually finished the piece ahead of schedule. Would definitely come back to Brooks in future. Thank you.

Needed a specially designed gold ring made bigger. Took it to Brooks who did the job for a good price in under a week. Ring fits again so thank you very much.
