Very helpful people Suki ,Laura,Parv thank you so much for your help and support. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with this car dealership and I'm so glad I did! The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions very impressed .
First time buying a car from a dealership, travelled up from London and I was not disappointed. Before travelling up I was explained all the options available to me to make a purchase etc and I was late due to the snow but that didn't cause any issues. Staff were very friendly, not pushy and made me feel valued. Lovely experience and will buy with them in the future!

Can’t fault the service we received whilst purchasing our new car, the staff were amazing, the service was second to none. From start to finish the process was simple even when the finance company wouldn’t accept the car due to the mileage being slightly over the limit they did everything in their power to ensure I came away with a car, in the end it was newer, less mileage and a higher spec than the one I went in for. I will buy from these again and have recommended to friends. Mike Manly you were amazing thank you for the friendly face from start to finish A******** from us Thank you Suki for making sure the car was warmed up before we drove it away and in prime position to drive off. Thank you to Baz for the assistance in the finance department and securing it all for me. Thank you John for an amazing and simple handover of the car.
Excellent experience buying a BMW M4. Couldn't be happier with the service I received here, all the staff were great, especially Suki who personally dealt with us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and I couldn't have asked for better service from him! The car is amazing to drive and the process from start to finish was very quick! Be very wary of V12 Sports and Classics and all its other locations where they operate. I bought an Audi A7 Black Edition from them a couple years ago. Within the first two months of ownership the rear right tyre blew up twice, approx 3 weeks apart. I thought it was just my luck getting punctures. By the way the tyres on these 21s cost around £200-£300 a corner. I decided to get an alignment check done on the car at Audi. What followed was an absolute nightmare. Audi said the rear right wheel was out of spec for the alignment and they were unable to adjust it back into position no matter what they tried. After further investigation they found out that the car had sustained frame damage as the lower right portion of the car was bent. This created uneven tyre wear, hence why I kept getting punctures. The fact that this car was sold to me as "in Great condition, HPI Clear, RAC Approved" just goes to show you that they don't check the cars that they're selling. They either bought this car broken and fixed it up, or they bought it fixed and sold it off as a clean used car. When I confronted V12, they denied everything, of course they would. I was younger back then, knowing the issues, I took the loss, and sold the car. Stay away from this business. Sure this could have been a one off; but even then, the way they treat you is beyond ridiculous. They threaten legal action etc. Just childish play. If this happened to me again now, I would not hesitate to sue them in a heartbeat. Learn from my mistake, avoid buying a car here, but if you must, please get a full inspection on the car, do not trust their or AA's word. And remember, under the consumer rights act 2015, you have the legal right to return the car within 30 days if the car is not as described. Unfortunately for me, I discovered this after this time frame.
Despite speaking to numerous representatives to request you remove my details off your database & stop sending me harassing text messages regarding being included in a prize draw I AM NOT BLOODY INTERESTED. You keep abusing my number and I want it STOPS. I have requested this on 15 occasions, however should you continue I will report this to TRADING STANDARDS
I have just purchased my fantastic range Rover evoke. Customer service at V 12 has been outstanding, I was well catered for and the staff were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Fee 12 as they have a wide range of vehicles. This is my first purchase and have recommended to many family and friends also. Well done for 12 keep up the good work especially Connor Lewis, Suki and Lewis.
Good evening, 1st time buying a car from hinckley branch. Suki, alex and jon all provided a great customer service and made me and family feel welcomed. My sister reffered me to buy a car from v12 sports and classics in hinckley and i have honestly never had a journey from looking to buying a vehicle as they have provided. I have bought vehicles from multiple used car dealers prebioislt but i can assure i will be coming back here again for my next vehicle. Thank you to all the team at v12 especially Suki, Alex and Jon as they worked with me and gave me honest opinions when i was searching through different options.
Very happy with the service quality and the preparation of the vehicle I went to view. Fell in love straight away with it and the staff at V12 was very friendly. Had my new car delivered even same day. Top class highly recommend
